Cernit Doll is unique in that it bakes to be semi-translucent which gives it a realistic luminosity that other skin tones clays do not. It is also very durable once baked while remaining slightly flexible.
It is quite a firm clay, but can be easily conditioned into a smooth consistency. Use with polymer clay tools to smooth and carve.
Like other polymer clays, it hardens when baked in a conventional oven between 110°C and 130°C for up to 30 minutes. This clay can be mixed with all other cernit polymer clays, and indeed FIMO and Sculpey as they all bake at the same temperature.
